I found today's offering on Chad's facebook fan page. There's a long story on indiewire.com about "St. Elsewhere" and its legacy. The last page of the story has some comments from Chad as well as the last four or five minutes of the final episode which features Tommy Westphall (Chad!) and his vivid imagination.

Unless I'm missing it completely, Chad's IMDb page doesn't list "St. Elsewhere" among his early credits. Kind of strange, seeing as how it turns out the entire series was a figment of his character's imagination.
